Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Most customers receive their orders 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on location.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What is your return or refund policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. While we do not accept returns, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your order.

What if my tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package?
Package theft can happen nationwide. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Aumex is unable to replace or refund stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Aumex ships within the United States only. If you’d like to see Aumex available in your country, we’d love to hear from you as we grow.
